  1. What types of Products do you sell?

    The Replay Photos site offers licensed images that can be ordered as photographic prints, custom framed photos, photos on canvas and wall art. Each product is made to order and professionally created from the original photograph, digital file, or negative using state-of-the-art-technology.

  2. What is a Photographic Print?

    We offer prints of original, licensed photographs in a variety of sizes. When you purchase a photographic print, the image is printed on high-quality semi-gloss photographic paper. All photographic print orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship within 2 business days.

  3. What is a Custom Framed Photo?

    Our custom framed photos are framed with real wood frames in a variety of colors and wood tones. All fine art pieces are custom matted using acid-free matting with a beveled edge. Our custom frame shop offers a wide range of mat colors, including you favorite team's colors. UV resistant acrylic provides clear, lightweight protection for your art. This presentation allows us to preserve photographic images for many years of enjoyment. All custom framed orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship within 3 business days.

  4. What is a Canvas Gallery Wrap?

    We use artist-grade canvas to print your wall art or photography order. Once printing is complete, we stretch the canvas to wrap around 1.5" pine stretcher bars. The wrapped canvas extends the image or the design on all four sides of the final piece for an elegant presentation. Custom wrapped canvas orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship within 3 business days following purchase.

    Replay Photos uses a watermark on images presented online to protect copyrighted material. Products you order will not include the watermark.

  7. Can I purchase the digital file instead of ordering a print copy of the picture?

    Replay Photos does not offer or sell digital image files.

  8. Can I purchase a gift certificate?

    Absolutely! We understand purchasing photos and art as a gift can be difficult. That is why we offer customers the ability to buy gift certificates for their favorite sports fan. Just click HERE to get started.

  1. What if I can't find the photo I am looking for?

    Please contact Replay Photos' Customer Voice team if you are looking for a specific image. You can email Customer Voice at info@replayphotos.com with your inquiry. Due to NCAA bylaws, we are not authorized to sell images of current student-athletes and will be unable to accommodate these requests.

  2. Is the item I want in stock?

    Yes. All of our products are custom and made to order.

  3. How do I change or cancel an order?

    Please contact us at orders@replayphotos.com or call 877-421-2300 within 24 hours of purchase to adjust an existing order. We do our best to accommodate order changes, but products ship very quickly after purchased.

  4. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  5. Can I place an order over the telephone?

    For your convenience and the fastest possible service, we encourage you to order online. However, please feel free to call in your order, toll free, at 877-421-2300 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST).

  2. What is Staples In Store Pickup?Staples Logo

    Replay Photos customers can pick up select 8"x10" and 12"x15" unframed prints at their local Staples Copy & Print Center. Orders placed before 2 p.m. local time qualify for same-day pick up. Look for the Staples Store Locator during the checkout process in the Shopping Cart. Customers may use the Store Locator to select the closest store, double check hours of operation, and pick up prints in as few as four business hours after purchase at the selected Staples Copy & Print center.

  3. How will I know when my order has shipped?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If you need your order for a special event, please call us at 877-421-2300 or email orders@replayphotos.com.

  4. When will my order arrive?

    Photographic prints usually ship within 2 business days after purchase if ordered before 1 PM EST. Custom framed photos and photos on canvas usually ship within 3 business days if ordered before 1 PM EST.

  5. Can I track my order?

    Yes. When you order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with package tracking information so that you can monitor your order's progress.

  6. I didn't receive my entire order. What happened?

    Depending on the products you purchase, items in your order may be delivered in separate shipments. We work with the best production fulfillment groups in various locations. If you receive a partial order, you can be assured your additional items are on their way.

  7. Do you ship internationally?

    Replay Photos only ships orders to addresses in the U.S and Canada. To request shipment to an APO address, please call 877-421-2300 or email info@replayphotos.com.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Personalized products may not be returned.

    If you wish to exchange an item after receipt, please call us at 877-421-2300 or email info@replayphotos.com for return instructions. For faster service, please include the following information:

    Not sure what to buy? Let them choose with an online gift certificate from Replay Photos. You can order an electronic gift certificate through our website or over the phone. Click this link to get started: http://www.replayphotos.com/gift.cfm.

  2. Can I include a gift message?

    Yes. During the checkout process, you will see a gift message area. Simply type your personal message in the box.

  3. How are gift certificates sent?

    Electronic gift certificates are sent via email. Once we verify the payment in full, electronic gift certificates are sent within 24 hours.

  4. How can I redeem my gift certificate?

    When placing your order, you will be prompted for payment. This page includes a field where you can enter your gift certificate number and click "Apply".

  5. What if my order total is less than the value of my gift certificate?

    If you do not use your entire balance, we will save the remaining balance so you can use it towards future purchases.

  6. What if my order total is more than the value of my gift certificate?

    If your order total exceeds your gift certificate balance, you will be prompted for credit card information or another payment method for the difference.
