About our Product

All Replay Photos, images are selected directly from the archives of our member universities, as well as additional sources such as independent photographers and newspapers. The collections are reproduced from the original photograph, negative or print using state-of-the-art technology.

We hand-select images from thousands of campus and athletic photographs and hope our selections capture memorable moments and the essence of our member universities' school spirit.

Following the selection of an image, our team oversees the creation of your keepsake through reproduction, assembly and shipping. Every original is hand-produced to museum-quality standards, then mounted and matted with acid-free core and backing paper. This ensures the appropriate environment to preserve your photograph for many years of enjoyment. Each mat board is personally hand-cut to assure perfect proportions for each image.

You can purchase our photographs in a "ready-to-frame" or "framed" form. From time to time we will offer limited edition, anniversary, and autographed images.

Photographs

We offer photographs to three sizes: 9"x12", 12"x15" and 15"x20". These dimensions may vary slightly in order to present the most visually appealing, centered image. The outer dimensions of framed photographs referenced above are approximately, 17"x20", 20"x24" and 23"x28", respectively. If you are interested in larger photo sizes, please contact us.

Picking a school

Once you arrive at the school site you can find the sport, campus or tradition photography you are looking for quickly and easily by using the navigation on the left hand side of the page. Once you pick a photograph you can purchase it in a number of different ways. If you decide you would like a photograph from a different school, just click on the link that says, CHOOSE ANOTHER SCHOOL in the top right section of the page. This link is always present so you can pick photographs from all your favorite schools in one visit.

Ready-to-frame

When you purchase a "ready-to-frame" photograph, your print will be packaged and shipped in an oversized tube for protection.

Matting

All framed photographs will be custom matted with an acid-free double mat with a beveled edge. This presentation allows us to to preserve your photograph for many years of enjoyment. Our state-of-the-art Custom Frame Shop allows for a choice of mat colors and frames, including your official university colors!

Framing

For our framed photographs, we offer the following five selections: black, light cherry, mahogany, dark cherry, and honey oak. All frames measure approximately 1.5" in diameter.

Shipping

Replay Photos works with national and international shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx, as well as the United States Postal Service.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We can accommodate credit card payment via our secure website.

If you prefer not to use a credit card, then payment can be made by personal check or money order. We will process your order once we receive and clear your check.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added to orders billed or shipped to North Carolina. At this time, sales tax will not be added to orders shipped outside of North Carolina.

Exchanges

We must receive all exchanges in resellable condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. If items are damaged upon return, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and any credit issued will be adjusted accordingly. If you wish to exchange an item after receipt, place the product in its original packaging and return it to the address below:

If you do not have the original packing materials, the item should be taken to your local packaging store to assure proper mailing procedures. Please be certain to insure your package, and include the following information with your shipment:

Once your returned product has been received, we will ship your new order as soon as possible.

Replay Photos follows all NCAA regulations regarding the sale of current student-athlete photos. With the most recent NCAA clarification of this language, Replay Photos can begin selling photos featuring current student-athletes, if a member school so desires.
