Get to Know the Replay Photos Team.

Founder & President
Sue Harnett conceived of Replay Photos in Duke's Cameron Indoor Stadium, where her picture also hangs as a charter inductee of the Duke Basketball Hall of Honor. A four-year letter winner and All-America selection, Harnett led the Blue Devils in scoring during both her junior and senior campaigns, totaling 1,785 points in her career. That total stands forth all-time at Duke.
A native of Staten, Island, NY, was an All-American standout at Moore Catholic High School where she was Staten Island's first 2,000 point scorer and was named New York State's Player of the Year as a senior. She had her No. 23 jersey retired in 2004.
Earning her undergraduate degree from Duke in 1990, Harnett also completed a Master of Health Administration at Duke's Fuqua School of Business in 1991. She continued her basketball career at the professional level in Europe, before returning to the U.S. to manage a 100-member physician's network back at Duke. She has also been involved with business development activities encompassing a seed-stage venture capital company and incubator.
Harnett currently serves as a member of both the Duke Athletic Advisory Board and the Women's Scholarship Committee. Harnett recently served as a member of the Duke Women's Basketball Search Committee in the Spring 2007. Harnett was also the color commentator for Duke Women's Basketball Radio broadcasts in 1995 and 1996.
Harnett turned Replay Photos into her full-time passion in 2005, when she retired from Health Care Administration to devote more time to the company. Since making that risky life change, Replay Photos has grown from six schools in 2004 to over 30 Division I universities in 2007. She is the driving force behind Replay Photos' member expansion, business development and product development.

Arndt has served as vice president of marketing for a number of small startup companies that have gone on to receive significant venture capital funding. These experiences along with her talents for advertising and design, collateral development and promotional campaigns are a clear asset to Replay Photos and its university partners.

Director of Operations
Former Wisconsin football player Kevin Stemke joined the Replay Photos team in the fall of 2005. Finishing his career as one of the Badgers' top punters, the Green Bay, WI, native won the inaugural Ray Guy Award, given to the nation's top punter. He earned All-America honors and still holds the Wisconsin records for career punting yards, career punt average and most punting yards in a season. He was a part of two Badger Rose Bowl teams during his career and booted an 86-yard punt against Michigan State in 1999.
After graduating from UW-Madison, Stemke spent four years in the NFL including stints with the Oakland Raiders and the St. Louis Rams. A business major with a marketing emphasis, Stemke's move to the Replay Photos team perfectly blends his experience as a former college and professional athlete with his desire to transition into the business world.
Stemke oversees many of Replay Photos' day-to-day operations and also serves as an account executive for several Replay Photos member schools, including his alma mater. He has been instrumental in developing affiliate programs for alumni associations, varsity clubs, and development offices across the country. Stemke's wife, the former Lizzy Fitzgerald, is an assistant volleyball coach at Nebraska.
