London flat dwellers, who have no gardens in which to erect Anderson shelters, are provided with surface shelters of strong brick construction which are blast and splinter-proof. Families, who are patronizing them with gusto, are making them miniature homes from home with furniture, beds, parlous games and electric light, where nearness to their homes makes it possible to the take in a lead.
